Good start: Check.

Three checklists for five minutes prior to departure.?

The countdown is on. Five minutes to go to the start. The perfect time to think again:
Have you got the most important things on board and is the house well prepared?
Our checklist enables you to keep tabs on everything and allows you to have
much more space in your mind to look forward to the journey.

Even if the original is, of course, always better,

or take them with you on your smartphone.

Perfect seat.

This is how to find the right sitting position

More comfort. Reduced risk of injury. Little effort. With the right sitting position you are travelling more comfortable, relaxed and at the same time safer. So quickly check, if everything is perfectly in place.

Steering wheel

25 cm. The ideal distance from your upper body to the steering wheel – and hence also to the airbag. This shoots out as 200 km/h in the event of an impact.

You have comfortable control of the steering wheel – even at the topmost point.

Leg room/Seat

You can depress accelerator, brake and clutch pedal with your legs slightly bent. The right thigh does not press into the seat cushion.

The front edge of the seat is not too high and ends just before the hollows of your knees. Your buttocks are close to the backrest. You can see well all around you.

Backrest/Headrest

The seat is as upright as possible. Your shoulder blades are in contact with the backrest – even when steering.

The highest possible headrest provides ideal protection in the event of an impact. Maximum height: top of the head.

First aid kit.

Everything that is important for your health in pocket size:
A good first aid kitmeans that you are ideally prepared for small and major challenges
when on the road. We reveal how to equip your small pharmacy before starting out
and everything that needs to be included.

Shelf life

Medicines cannot be used indefinitely.
Before the journey, check whether all medicines can still be used.

Security and customs checks

To ensure that importing goes well:
Do you need to take strong painkillers or narcotic analgesics with you? Have your doctor issue a certificate.

The right climate

Too warm or too cold. Not all medicines are suitable for all climates.
Have your pharmacist recommend suitable alternatives or use, say, a cold bag.

Well provided for

Do you take medicines on a regular basis?
Pack about a third more than you would actually need. The return trip can always be delayed.
